Micro-Austrian MEMS-3D hand-held scanner is an application product based on the technology of micro-galvanometer scanning module. It is mainly used to scan the spatial shape and structure of the object to obtain the spatial coordinates of the object surface. Movable grating structured light projection can be realized by micro-Austrian self-developed micro-galvanometer, and scanning of various patterns can be realized by driving the deflection of different angles of the micro-Austrian system. While ensuring high accuracy, it greatly improves the convenience of operation.
